Thank you to everyone who chose to join us in celebrating the memories of loved ones this summer.
Our memory meadow is now complete, full of special plaques bearing the names of loved ones in our community.
Each one has been placed in our beautiful hospice gardens, or sent to people's homes where they can be displayed in their own important place.
