This summer we have grown a meaningful Memory Meadow here in our hospice gardens.

This special event was a chance for supporters and people in our area to remember their loved ones by dedicating a Memory Meadow plaque, which was then displayed in our garden.

We have invited individuals, their friends and families to join us on Sunday 16th July, for a special service here at the hospice. Our Chaplain, Paul Berry, will bless the dedications, and those to whom they remember.

The Meadow will remain in our gardens throughout July and August for patients, staff and visitors to enjoy and reflect upon.

Our Memory Meadow truly is a special place where we love, celebrate and remember those special to us, while supporting the vital hospice care needed in your community.

Remembering someone is a way to recognise a life lived, a life shared and a life that touched others. But, most importantly, it is about the special connection we have with those we hold close to our hearts.
