Trinity Hospice have provided compassionate care on the journey towards end of life for over 30 years and continue to touch the lives of around 8,000 people each year. Open 24 hours a day, every single day – we are proud of the services we provide to the Fylde Coast and with help from our supporters, we hope that by 2020 everybody in the area will have access to good end of life care, in a place of their choosing.
