Where does the event start?

There are two starting points, you can choose whether you start at AKS Independent School in Lytham or the Bay Horse Hotel in Thornton.

You may set off from either start point between 8.30am and 10am.

There are five routes to suit all abilities .  If you wish to start from AKS there are three routes you can choose to do 18, 30 or 45 miles.  If you start from The Bay Horse there are two routes, either 15 or 45 miles.

You can download the 30 mile or 45 mile routes on Strava.

We recommend that you wear brightly coloured cycling clothing and a correctly fitted cycling helmet.  If you'd like to buy one of our new bespoke Trinity cycling jerseys, please visit our online shop.

No.  This event is not a race and we encourage riders of all abilities and levels of experience.  However finish check points however will close at 3.00pm.

Yes, toilets will be available at each checkpoint

No, but please ensure you complete the medical information on the reverse of your entry number.

Yes please!  The entry fee covers our costs for putting on this event.  Any sponsorship raised will go directly towards patient care.  If every rider raises just £30, this event would raise £30,000!

Riders who raise over £30 will be entered into a free prize draw to win a Trinity Hospice cycling shirt.
