Losing someone special is a difficult experience, but reflecting on memories and happy times can help with the pain of loss.
Here at Trinity Hospice, we've teamed up with Everlasting Tribute - a free online platform where you can create a unique dedication page in memory of that special person; helping their legacy to live on.
You can use your Everlasting Tribute to:
- Post stories, photos and videos
- Share important information about your loved one’s funeral, anniversaries or any other important occasions
- Invite friends and family to share memories of your loved one. Perhaps they’ll share an unseen photograph or tell a story that you’d long forgotten
- Celebrate occasions by lighting a candle on your loved one’s birthday or to let your friends and family know you are thinking of them. Or light an everlasting candle which will never burn out.
- Make a donation to Trinity Hospice. You have the option to ask your family and friends to make a donation to our hospice through your Everlasting Tribute page. your generosity will help us to provide our outstanding palliative and end-of-life care to all who need it across the Fylde coast, wherever they are.
