“Enabling Compassionate Care on the Journey to End of Life”
By 2020 we want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care in the place they choose: the hospice, the hospital, a residential nursing home or their family home.
Everyone at the hospice supports a set of five values, which underpin not just what we do, but how we do it!
In every part of Trinity our Values speak volumes about the services we provide to patients and their families and about our relationships with supporters, suppliers, members of the public – and each other.
We are always:
Socially engaged In other words: Trinity CARES
We put people first…
Trinity has been assessed by Investors in People and awarded the coveted Gold standard – joining the top 13% of accredited organisations across the UK who believe in realising the potential of their people.
