Remember and celebrate the people you love in our Memory Meadow this summer

Our popular Memory Meadow will return this summer, giving you the chance to celebrate the memories of your loved ones.

This important occasion is a wonderful opportunity to recognise a life lived, a life shared and a life that has touched others. But most importantly, it’s about the special connection we have with those we hold in our hearts.

We will do our best to add your dedicated names to a plaque ahead of our service on Sunday, however we’re not able to guarantee that this will be ready in time. If this is the case, please remember that our Memory Meadow will be available to view throughout the summer and your plaque will be displayed in our garden for you to come and see at a slightly later date. This also applies if you have requested for your plaque to be posted.

Anyone is welcome to have a tribute plaque remembering someone special in our Memory Meadow. Hundreds of plaques will be placed in our dedicated meadow in our beautiful hospice garden throughout the summer. Or, you can choose to have your plaque sent to you to display in your own special place at home.

We would like to invite you to join us this July for a special service here at the hospice which includes a blessing of all the names on display in the garden as well as those in homes across the Fylde Coast and beyond. We’ll share more details about the service soon.

The Meadow will remain in our gardens throughout July and August for patients, staff and visitors to enjoy and reflect upon.

Our Memory Meadow truly is a special place where we love, celebrate and remember those special to us, while supporting the vital hospice care needed in your community.
