Remember and celebrate the people you love in our Memory Meadow this summer.

Our popular Memory Meadow returns this summer, displaying hundreds of special plaques celebrating the memories of your loved ones.

Each plaque recognises a life lived, a life shared and a life that has touched others. But most importantly, they honour the special connection we have with those we hold in our hearts.

Memory Meadow is a relaxed and informal opportunity to remember and celebrate the lives of loved ones in the peaceful surroundings of the hospice gardens.

You are welcome to visit at any time between 3.00pm and 7.00pm on Friday 21st August 2026, allowing you to spend time reflecting, view your memory flower and enjoy the gardens at your own pace.

Throughout the afternoon and evening, members of our staff and volunteer team will be available for a chat and a brew, offering a warm welcome to everyone who attends.

At approximately 6.45pm, Rev Helen will bring the evening to a close with a special blessing, providing a moment of shared reflection and remembrance.

Whether you stay for a short visit or spend the whole evening with us, we hope Memory Meadow offers comfort, reflection and a chance to remember those who mean so much to us. 🌼
