Compassionate care for the Fylde Coast
We provide compassionate care on the journey towards the end of life. By 2020 we want everyone on the Fylde Coast to have access to good end of life care in the place they choose: the hospice, the hospital, a residential nursing home or their family home.
For over 30 years we have provided excellence in specialist palliative care and have a huge impact in the community, touching the lives of around 8,000 local people every year. Demand for our care keeps on growing and our services evolve to meet changing expectations.
Open 24 hours a day, every day of the year, we are proud of our modern facilities and of our high standards. But we are much more than a set of buildings – our nursing teams work at the hospital and out in the community, day and night, covering every part of the Fylde Coast.
People often say Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children’s Hospice are their favourite local charities, so why not get involved? Join our volunteers, attend an event or make a donation: you will be making a difference.
URGENT APPEAL for shop volunteers. Our shops are a vital source of funds, but we rely on volunteers to keep the doors open! We need 50 new volunteers to join our flexible rotas, with openings at all our branches across the Fylde Coast. Please get in touch today if you can help. Call 01253 359374.
