Objective:

To welcome visitors with a friendly and inviting approach helping to create a positive first impression. Helping and directing them to the appropriate person or location.

 

Tasks:

• Liaising between visitor and correct member of team
• Offer refreshments to visitors and team members
• Assist visitors as required
• Follow security procedures such as signing in visitors and monitoring access to areas
• Respond to general enquiries which may involve providing information about any activities or upcoming events
• Ensure visitors are comfortable and informed of any delays
• Maintain the appropriate confidentiality
• Listen to visitors and understand their needs

Commitment needed:

• Weekly attendance as agreed by Coordinator or notification of absence in advance
• Attendance at any job specific training/introduction.
• Looking for volunteers to support us on a weekly basis for the following shifts: Wednesdays 8.45-12.30 & 5pm-8pm, Thursdays 8.45-8pm and Fridays 8.45-5pm
