Our beautiful festive lights were switched on front of 600 people at our annual Light up a Life event. They will shine in the hospice gardens throughout Christmas and into the New Year, each one dedicated to the memory of a loved one.

Our lovely Christmas Tree in our Chapel is also full of stars, each one bearing a personal message, and our Book of Honour can be viewed in the Chapel on any day in the coming weeks.

Thank you to everyone who has supported Light up a Life, which is a very important annual fundraiser for the Hospice. The carols and readings in the gardens were a wonderful way to start the festive season.

We will soon be unveiling another special way of commemorating the life of a loved one – our unique Memory Tree, which will be located in the main Hospice reception area.

Generously donated by a supporter, leaves on the tree can be engraved with a name at a cost of £10 a month and displayed for one year.  The tree is beautifully made and will be a stunning addition to Trinity and a lovely way to pay tribute to someone special.
