Join us as we focus on your wellbeing with a full day of exercises, information and therapies. Our day is set up to help you not only relax in the moment but learn wellness techniques to take home.
From massage and facials to raving and relaxation stories, there's something for everyone.
Our Wellbeing Day is being held on World Menopause Day, so we'll also have a session led by renowned physiotherapist Sandra Whittle who'll support colleagues with simple pelvic floor strengthening exercises and take questions throughout the day.
