Treasures take up the Challenge
Trinity’s first ever Corporate Challenge has attracted entries from businesses big and small from across the Fylde Coast, each determined to turn their £50 starter fund into hundreds of pounds for the hospice.
But there’s one team a bit closer to home – the Brian House Treasures, who are giving up their free time to take part in the challenge and turn pennies into pounds.
The group’s next venture is a car treasure hunt on Sunday October 27, which costs just £10 per car to enter and promises to be a lot of fun. They also have a raffle on the go, and have been persuading people to buy a penny for a pound.

There has been some determined fundraising going on across the Fylde, as teams try to win the title of Corporate Challenge Champion. From cake sales to car boots, from dinner dances to auctions, the ingenuity has been fantastic.
Last week we had a visit from 200 bikers, who came along to Brian House with donations and toys and then escorted a group of youngsters through the illuminations.
The event had been organised by the Inenco European Team from St Annes and created some very happy memories.
Wareings of Kirkham held a very successful Car Carnival in Wrea Green, proving that Corporate Challenge can get the whole community involved.
Teams have until the end of the month to complete their fundraising and we’ll let you know who is named 2013 champion.
