Ladies – we need you!
Calling all ladies! We need you to join us on our wonderful annual Illumathon, which this year takes place on Saturday September 10th.
It promises to be the best ‘girls’ night out’ of the year, starting at the Tower Festival Headland for the first time, and with two routes through the wonderful illuminations.
Illumathon is one of our most important fundraising events of the year, but it is also one with huge meaning to many of our participants, who walk in memory of a loved one. The night is always a lot of fun, and over the past eight years has raised a huge amount of money for patient care here at the Hospice.
If you did the Colour Splash or the Santa Dash you are sure to like this one: it’s another opportunity to get dressed up in crazy colours. Sorry chaps, illumathon is always ladies only – but you can still help us by volunteering as a marshal along the route.
You can sign up for Illumathon online or call our friendly Fundraising team. Every participant gets a lovely pink t-shirt and ‘I Love Trinity’ bag – tutu and bunny ears are optional!
Taking part in illumathon means you are really making a difference: every penny raised goes towards patient care here at Trinity and Brian House, where we have to raise an incredible £5 million every year to keep our doors open and our compassionate care free to those who need it.
Come and join us! With live entertainment before the start and refreshments at the end – plus free car parking thanks to the support of Blackpool Council – it’s going to be unmissable!
