Alfie Boe becomes a Patron
Trinity Hospice has announced that international singing star Alfie Boe has become a Patron.
David Houston, Trinity’s Chief Executive said: “We are truly delighted that Alfie Boe has become a Patron of Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children’s Hospice.
“Alfie is famous worldwide but here on the Fylde Coast he really is a home grown star, and his support will prove invaluable as we continually seek to find new opportunities to raise the profile of the charity.”
Currently touring in the United States, in March Fleetwood-born Alfie will embark on his sell-out UK tour, including two nights at London’s Royal Albert Hall and two performances at the Opera House in Blackpool. His new album ‘Storyteller’ is being tipped for platinum sales – just like his previous two.
As well as the spectacular Queen’s Jubilee concert, last year saw Alfie play a series of sold-out outdoor shows in the UK, and a particular highlight was Lytham St Annes’ Last Night Of The Proms, where he delighted 6,000 fans with his biggest solo show to date.
