Since opening our doors in 1985 we have had the privilege to care for thousands of local families. With 2015 marking our 30th anniversary we are inviting you to share your stories with us.

Please take a moment to join our celebration of 30 years of care by sharing a word which is special to you about Trinity Hospice. We’re collecting all of the words submitted by people in our community over the next few months and we’ll use them to create something special before the end of the year.
