Trinity Hospice has announced that international singing star Alfie Boe has become a Patron.

Trips to Blackpool Zoo have always been a favourite for youngsters at Brian House Children’s Hospice – but now there’s a very special reason for them to take a walk on the wild side.

The first ‘graduates’ of an innovative training course for care home staff, run by Trinity Hospice, have received their certificates.

Many people will have received a Christmas gift that either didn’t fit, wasn’t to their taste or simply won’t ever be used. The good news is that the unloved pressies of Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre can be put to very good use by Trinity Hospice and Brian House Children’s Hospice.

This year’s Beaverbrooks 10k run is in aid of Trinity Hospice. Always a highlight of the local sporting calendar, the run attracts around 3,000 participants of all ages. Will you join them?
