Fantastic as always- so lovely to be in a room with everyone rather than via teams
Thank you for today. I joined Trinity this month and feel so welcome already, feel I have made a good choice joining Trinity.
Really good session which I hope will get others to understand the work of a hospice.
Absolutely excellent and helps to realise we are not alone with troubles.
Three very emotional stories. Its lovely to hear our colleague support each other. I thought the use of silence by the facilitators was good.
I thoroughly enjoyed the Schwartz round which was a totally new concept to me. All were brilliant – very informative, well presented and clearly explained. I particularly admired Jane’s determination to continue with her story considering the emotion involved.
It was nice to share and acknowledge the complexities, difficulties and pressures that we are all under but also how were personally cope with such stress – often through support for our excellent team!
I always think I can’t feel any more privileged to work amongst such dedicated people and once again I am proven wrong. It was definitely a great way of bringing us together and reminding us that even in this horrendous times such fantastic work is being done .
I wasn’t expecting the Round to be as powerful as it was. I experienced some real emotions and really see the benefit of attending to release emotions that staff are feeling.
All the speakers spoke from the heart and were completely selfless, brave, strong and inspiring. I felt humbled and very grounded to hear their stories. It was good to hear first-hand from those directly on the front line and from someone who has had COVID themselves, so very scary to know they are dealing with such poorly people and to think you might not wake up in the morning. Brought home how easy it is to contract the illness and how poorly you can become and unfortunately, in some cases, lead to death. I am full of appreciation and am in awe of those NHS staff who provide the support to their patients and families in such horrendous situations.
