Clinical Administrator
14 hours per week
£12.60 per hour
Are you an organised, adaptable professional with a passion for supporting clinical teams and making a real difference to patient care? We are seeking a proactive Clinical Administrator to join our multidisciplinary team.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide high-quality, flexible administrative support across all areas of the organisation
- Manage referrals, patient enquiries, and maintain accurate records using EMIS and other approved systems
- Support clinical and non-clinical teams, including nurses and consultants
- Handle telephone calls with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring messages and queries are managed efficiently
- Assist with patient discharges and communicate updates to clinicians and other professionals
- Produce and log correspondence, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection requirements
- Support reception duties and provide cover for other administrators during absences
- Complete daily administrative tasks such as scanning, data entry, and document management
- Contribute to audits, reporting, and process improvements to enhance service efficiency
