Summer Fair - Risk Assessment

Thank you for volunteering for our Summer Fair 2026, in aid of Trinity and celebrating Brian House’s 30th Anniversary. This is an opportunity for our community to visit our Hospice and see the amazing work we do whilst having a day out filled with fun, food, entertainment, festivities and special guests. The event wouldn’t be achievable without volunteers like you kindly giving up their time to make it possible. Thank you for being part of our Summer Fair this year.

Volunteers will be required from 11am for briefing and role allocation, where you will be based, and where to report to on arrival. If you have any requirements (e.g. need to be sat or unable to stand for a long period of time), please let us know in advance. The Fair will run from 12 – 4pm and any help you can offer will be greatly appreciated, particularly for setting up before doors open and tidying up at the end.
