New Trinity charity shop for Cleveleys
Trinity Hospice has a new charity shop on Victoria Road, Cleveleys. If you’re looking for a bargain, got any unwanted clothing or simply just want to support the local hospice then call in to the new look store, you’ll be pleasantly surprised.
Hospice President, Jimmy Armfield officially opened the shop on Monday 18th July and welcome in the first customers. Located on Victoria Rd West next to the Halifax Building Society the shop is in the perfect location to benefit from lots of local shoppers and visitors to the town.
Our thanks
The shop has had a major refit thanks to local contractors All In, volunteer support from Beaverbrooks and DWP to name but a few and some great help from the general public. Everyone has really got behind the project and created a light, airy and really modern shopping environment.
Fiona Logan, Retail Manager for the hospice is delighted with the finished result “we’ve wanted a Trinity shop in Cleveleys for some time now and have been waiting for the perfect location. We finally found it and after lots of hard work we’ve refitted the shop, got some great stock and a team of committed volunteers. We can’t wait to get trading and raising some money for the hospice”
Trinity’s charity shops raise over £450,000 a year for the hospice and are located across Blackpool Fylde and Wyre and are an important income stream for the hospice. Every penny raised from the sale of goods goes straight back to patient care either in Trinity or Brian House Children’s Hospice.
