Launching our 2014 Sunflower Appeal
Nothing says summer quite like a sunflower, and we are inviting our supporters to join us in creating a carpet of yellow blooms in the hospice gardens.
On Friday 11th July between 3-7pm we are inviting people to visit our garden to view the special sunflower plaques which will be planted as a colourful reminder of loved ones.
How to get involved
Everyone who takes part in the appeal and makes a donation will receive a Memory Pack containing a sunflower lapel pin, a memory card, a sunflower plaque to dedicate to a loved one and a special pack of seeds to plant in their own garden.
By contributing to the Sunflower Appeal you are helping to raise vital funds for the Hospice, which cares for more people from the Fylde Coast year on year.

Meet our Sunflower ambassador
Home grown stage star Jodie Prenger has become ambassador for Trinity Hospice’s 2014 Sunflower Appeal.
Jodie, who was born and brought up in Blackpool, visited Trinity to meet members of staff and give the Sunflower Appeal her seal of approval.
Jodie was already an established entertainer when she hit the really big time, winning television’s ‘I’d Do Anything’ in 2008. She won national acclaim as Nancy in the revival of the musical ‘Oliver!’ has toured with Spamalot and has become a familiar face on television.
She said: “This is a beautiful thing to support and a wonderful cause. I’m looking forward to coming back to the hospice in the summer to see a sea of sunflowers.”
