Fylde coast EOL System KPI Questionnaire
To support the new our new Fylde Coast Integrated P&EOL Strategy we need to identify which performance measures we would like the Lancashire & South Cumbria ICS Dashboard to capture for our Fylde Coast System. This survey allows you to rank the measures for each Ambition Heading (1 being the most important, 2 next and so on). Please consider your answers in the light of the work we have done prioritising our new strategy.
