Are you organised, detail‑focused, and comfortable working online? We’re looking for an Online Retail Assistant to help manage our eBay and online sales.

What you’ll be doing:

• Listing items for sale on eBay with clear descriptions and photos
• Processing orders, packing items, and arranging dispatch
• Responding to customer messages and handling returns
• Helping keep online stock accurate and organised

What we’re looking for:

• Good IT and communication skills
• A positive, reliable approach to work
• Ability to work independently and manage your time
• eBay or retail experience is a bonus, but not essential

This is a great role for someone who enjoys online selling, organisation, and customer service in a friendly retail environment.
