The Beaverbrooks Blackpool 10k Fun Run is one of the region’s most iconic running events, set against the backdrop of the UK’s favourite seaside resort!

Whether you’re a seasoned runner chasing a personal best or taking on your very first 10k challenge, this event is for you. With a friendly atmosphere and stunning coastal views, it’s the perfect way to get moving. All abilities are welcome and the fun run is open to anyone aged 11+.

Adults: £20
Child (11-15yrs): £17.50

Event Day Information

✅ Runner numbers
Please make sure you complete the reverse of your runner number with your personal details before attaching it securely to your outermost layer. Your chip timing tag is attached to the back of your runner number.

✅ Participant packs & T‑shirts
If you didn’t receive your participant pack in the post, need to collect a t‑shirt, or would like to purchase one (£10), please visit Event HQ.

☀️ Warm weather advice
It’s set to be a warm day, so please remember to:

• Apply SPF before the race
• Consider wearing a hat
• Bring a bottle of water to carry with you on the route

There will be a water station at the halfway point and water available at the finish.

🧘 Before & after your run
Please drink plenty of water and take time to stretch ahead of the event, immediately before you run and again once you finish. This will help prevent injury and aid recovery.

The race will start promptly at 11am, so please arrive in good time.

Route

One of the highlights of the Beaverbrooks Blackpool 10k Fun Run is the chance to run along Blackpool’s iconic, traffic-free promenade with unbeatable sea views!

The route starts outside The Savoy Hotel, heading south along the promenade before turning at the famous Blackpool Pleasure Beach. From there, runners make their way back north to finish back at The Savoy.
