To dedicate a light on one of our trees in memory of a loved one, and to have their name displayed during the service, please complete the form here.
Can’t attend in person?
If you are unable to attend, you can still dedicate as many lights as you wish. Each name we receive will be inscribed in our Book of Dedications, which will be available to view at the hospice. We will also send you a special Dedication Card, inscribed with the names you have asked us to remember this Christmas.
Debbie’s story
By supporting our hospice this Christmas, you’ll be helping us care for people like Paul (Debbie’s brother) and the people closest to him. We’re delighted to welcome Paul’s family back to Trinity to join us for this year’s Light up a Life service.
“Trinity took us by the hand and told us it was OK. Thanks to them, we stopped being carers and could just be with him as his family. We’ll never forget that.” – Debbie Fernie
