Join us for our special service of remembrance

When: Sunday 13th December, beginning at 4pm, with guests welcome from 3.15pm

Where: Trinity Hospice, Low Moor Road, Bispham, Blackpool FY2 0BG

• Parking is very limited, but some spaces are available for disabled drivers. Please allow plenty of time as car parks do become congested. Please be considerate when parking on neighbouring streets where driveways and access may be affected
• Please also note this is an outdoor, standing service which lasts around an hour
• Please ensure you wear clothing and footwear appropriate for the season

Dedicate a light in memory of a loved one

Use this form to tell us the names of those to whom you wish to dedicate a light. We will add the names to our Book of Dedications and send you a Dedication Card with the names inscribed in it. As a gesture of thanks, we’ll also send you a beautiful Christmas tree pin badge.

You are welcome to dedicate as many names as you wish.

Write a message of remembrance on a Memory Star

Memory Stars are available from the hospice main reception or by calling our Fundraising Team on 01253 952561.

There will also be more Memory Stars available at Light up a Life. The stars will hang on our main Christmas tree inside our hospice building and will be available for all to view.

Support our hospice care with a donation
