Virtual Challenge March 2026 - Terms and Conditions
Registration
- Participants must submit an official registration form with the correct, non-refundable registration fee.
- All ages are welcome to take part in Thirty for 30 (March 2026) however anyone under 18 must seek parent/guardian approval for taking part and supervision of the chosen activity where required. Parent/guardian details to be entered during registration process
- Entry fees are as follows:
- Adult (16yrs+): FREE with £30 sponsorship target
- Child (under 16s): FREE with £30 sponsorship target - All participants taking part are asked to raise a minimum of £30 in sponsorship to support Trinity Hospice
- All participants will receive a participant pack which includes a Brian House T-shirt. Packs will be mailed out prior to the start of the challenge.
Safety
- Participants taking part in Trinity Hospice and Brian House virtual events do so entirely at their own risk and are 100% responsible for selecting a safe way to complete their 30 minutes of activity each day.
- The Thirty for 30 challenge involves a level of sustained physical activity. Participants make the decision to take part and must be satisfied that this activity is suitable for them as individuals. Trinity Hospice and Brian House cannot be held accountable for aggravation to illness or injury sustained due to participation in this activity.
- Participants can complete 30 minutes of activity per day in their chosen way between 1st March - 31st March 2026. This could include walking, running, cycling, swimming or any moving activity.
- We strongly advise that all participants wear appropriate footwear and clothing to ensure their safe and enjoyable participation.
- If possible choose to complete your challenge during daytime hours. Please make sure to wear something hi-vis if taking part at night.
- If you are taking part on your own please inform your next of kin, don't forget to carry a fully charged mobile phone
Sponsorship
- Participants can raise sponsorship via JustGiving
- Please ask all those who sponsor you to tick the Gift Aid box where applicable, so we can make their donation go 25% further for our patients.
- All funds raised by your participation in events in support of Brian House are raised for the sole purpose and benefit of Trinity Hospice & Brian House Children's Hospice (registered charity no. 511009) and those who receive the support from its services.
How to provide evidence
- Participants will receive a participant pack through the post which includes a t-shirt, tracker and sponsorship form.
- A JustGiving page.
- By using the sponsorship provided.
- After completing the challenge, let us know at trinity.events@nhs.net and share your achievement.
Trinity Hospice reserves the right to update its terms and conditions in relation to the Thirty for 30 challenge at any time prior to the event.
