Thirty for 30 Virtual Challenge FAQ

What is Thirty for 30?

Thirty for 30 is a virtual challenge to celebrate 30 years of Brian House Children’s Hospice. We’re asking participants to do 30 minutes of activity every day in March 2026 to support local children and families.

What kind of activities can I do?

Anything that gets you moving!

  • Walking or running
  • Cycling
  • Dancing
  • Yoga or chair-based exercises
  • Home workouts
If it gets your body active, it counts!
Do I need to complete all 30 minutes at once?

No, you can split your activity into smaller sessions throughout the day. For example, three 10-minute walks or two 15-minute workouts.

Where does the challenge take place?

It’s completely virtual, so you can take part anywhere – at home, outdoors, or even at the gym.

What do I receive when I sign up?

You’ll get:
✅ An A4 tracker sheet to log your progress
✅ A Brian House t-shirt to wear proudly during your challenge
✅ Once you raise £30, we will send you a thank you gift!

Is there a registration fee?

It is completely free to register, but we do ask that you raise a minimum of £30 for Brian House Children's Hospice.

Do I need to fundraise?

We’d love for you to raise funds to support Brian House, but it’s not mandatory. Every donation helps us provide specialist care to children and families across the Fylde coast.

Can I take part as a team?

Absolutely! Get your friends, family, or colleagues involved and motivate each other throughout March.
