Location: Living Well Service, Trinity Hospice, Bispham

Objective:

• To support with the facilitation of conversation cafe social group.

 

Tasks:

• To welcome patients to the Living Well Environment.
• To prepare the social group i.e., getting teas / coffees / biscuits together.
• To engage with conversations with patients.
• To observe patients presentation & advise Living Well clinicians if any concerns
• To provide drinks and biscuits to patients if they are unable to facilitate this themselves.
• To work with activity coordinator and / or rehab assistant to support facilitation.

Commitment needed:

• 2 hours per week
• Each Wednesday between 10.00 – 12.00 noon
