Start 2020 with an act of kindness by volunteering to help collect used Christmas trees from your local area, helping to raise money for Trinity Hospice.

We are looking for people who can spare a day or two to help out and collect Christmas trees from FY1, FY2, FY3, FY4, FY5, FY6, FY8 and PR4 homes and drop them off at designated points.

We're looking for assistance on Saturday 11th January and/or Sunday 12th January, 8.30am-4.30pm. Whether you can help on both days or just one, any time you can spare would be tree-mendous!

We also need transport for our Christmas trees, which can be anything from: 7.5 tonne box vans, tipper vans, flat beds, and cars with trailers.

On the day, you will be given a full brief on arrival and provided with a high-viz vests, safety briefing, risk assessment, and full route maps for all your Christmas tree pick-ups, as well as the address of your designated drop-off point. Even better, we will have hot drinks and bacon butties ready for you at our base camps!

Donations will be taken prior to picking the trees up, so you won’t need to be responsible for any cash over the weekend.

Think you can help?
