Staff Nurse – Inpatient Unit

Full Time/Part Time

Salary £29,733 to £32,018 pro rata with an additional increment paid for nights worked.

This is an excellent development opportunity for someone looking to step into the palliative care setting. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Staff Nurse to join our forward thinking team on the In-Patient Unit. We need someone who can confidently create, support and maintain a nursing culture that is open to change, new concepts and innovation, whilst influencing Trinity’s overall strategy and direction. As part of this role, you will be required to work alternative shift patterns over the 24 hour period to support the needs of the service.

You will have excellent communication skills and be competent in working across the wider multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for improving the patient experience and safeguarding our high standards by nurturing an environment in which excellence in clinical care can flourish, whilst supporting the senior nursing team. You will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating patient care and ensuring that the patient’s physical, psychological and spiritual care needs are met.
