Full Time working flexibly across days and nights

Salary £40,181 to £43,270 with an additional increment paid for nights worked

Trinity has an exciting opportunity to be part of the In-Patient Unit team and the senior clinical leadership team here at Trinity Hospice.

We are looking to recruit a compassionate, enthusiastic and highly motivated Sister/Charge Nurse who will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses to deliver a high standard of specialist care to our patients and their families within the multi-disciplinary team.

The successful candidate must have leadership and management qualities, with the ability to ensure the planning, delivery and provision of high quality care within a safe and effective environment. You must have excellent communication skills able to use them effectively with our patients, their families, the team you manage and the wider multi-disciplinary team. Passion, dedication and a commitment to the Hospice’s vision, values and ethics are essential. Above all you must have the desire and commitment to lead the team in providing a service that makes a real difference to the lives of those we care for.
