Salary £34,271 to £38,774 Pro Rata

Trinity is extending its community services to provide care over 7 days for palliative patients in their own homes.
This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a well established night team, providing practical advice and emotional and psychological support to help reduce stress and anxiety for those caring for someone at home.You will work alongside other health care professionals to manage patients at the end of life, being involved in symptom management and helping with all aspects of personal comfort and care.
The successful candidate will be a proven team player and will possess excellent communication and leadership skills. As an experienced RGN with post registration experience in the specialty you will need to be keen to develop yourself academically, complete the Trinity Symptom management portfolio and have the ability to be self-motivated within this role.
The service is provided over 7 days.
Shifts will be worked primarily on nights with some rotation onto days.
