Salary: £32,445 to £35,689
Trinity Hospice has been at the heart of the Fylde coast for 40 years, providing compassionate care for people on their journey towards the end of life. Our dedicated teams of specialist nurses, doctors and healthcare professionals touch the lives of thousands of patients and families each year, with one vision for the future – that everyone across Blackpool and the Fylde coast has access to high-quality and consistent end-of-life care.
As a local charity we are committed to supporting the emerging needs of our community, investing in our services, our teams and enhancing the delivery of our care. Our fundraising team is pivotal to providing the much-needed funds to deliver our ambition.
We are currently seeking a proactive and motivated Corporate and Community Fundraising Manager, with a demonstrable background in leading and inspiring teams and a proven track record of securing sustainable, beneficial relationships.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in identifying new business opportunities, developing a pipeline for support and delivering outstanding supporter stewardship. They will be an inspirational leader who will support and develop their team whilst effectively managing both income and expenditure budgets, contributing to the wider team target of over £5m a year.
Whilst experience in the voluntary sector is desirable, we encourage you to apply if you have the skills, qualities and passion to excel in this role, even if you don’t meet all of the specifications.
