Remember and celebrate the people you love in our Memory Meadow this summer

Our popular Memory Meadow will return this summer, giving you the chance to celebrate the memories of your loved ones.

This important occasion is a wonderful opportunity to recognise a life lived, a life shared and a life that has touched others. But most importantly, it’s about the special connection we have with those we hold in our hearts.

Anyone is welcome to have a tribute plaque remembering someone special in our Memory Meadow. Hundreds of plaques will be placed in our dedicated meadow in our beautiful hospice garden throughout the summer. Or, you can chose to have your plaque sent to you to display in your own special place at home.

We would like to invite you to join us on Sunday 14th July, for a special service here at the hospice which includes a blessing of all the names on display in the garden as well as those in homes across the Fylde Coast and beyond.

The Meadow will remain in our gardens throughout July and August for patients, staff and visitors to enjoy and reflect upon.

Our Memory Meadow truly is a special place where we love, celebrate and remember those special to us, while supporting the vital hospice care needed in your community.

Remembering someone is a way to recognise a life lived, a life shared and a life that touched others. But, most importantly, it is about the special connection we have with those we hold close to our hearts.
