The Trinity Family of Services
Trinity is an happy and homely place where you and your loved ones will be welcomed and well cared for. Our family of services are here to provide care, support and advice to you and your family. From counselling at our Linden Centre, to specialised care from our nurses in our In Patient Unit and Day Therapy Unit, we are well placed to offer you a full range of Palliative care.
Day Therapy Unit
Working with you and your family we seek to create a place where patients feel safe to enable them to express any fears and worries, focusing on quality of life.
Our unit is a friendly, homely place where we aim to give you, your family and carers a happy and supportive environment however long your stay.
Clinical Nurse Specialists
Our Clinical Nurse Specialists, similar to Macmillan Nurses, provide specialist palliative care advice and support to you, your carer and your family.
You can use our Lymphoedema Clinic if you suffer from either primary and secondary Lymphoedema which offers support, advice and treatment.
Our therapies encourage a little “me” time and provide you with physical, emotional and spiritual support and relief during what can be a very unsettling time.
Learning & Research Centre
We have roots in learning and research to help develop our staff and volunteers. We offer our facilities to the community and as a conference venue.
Our Linden Centre provides counseling for your grief and loss to children and adults. We can offer you lots of other support & information too.
Brian House Children’s Hospice provides care for children with life threatening and illnesses and is one of only 42 children’s hospices in the country.
