ACT Basic Symptom Control in Paediatric Palliative Care (2011)
A handbook containing comprehensive guidelines for symptom management and palliative care of children with life-limiting or complex health conditions. It provides both practical support and hands on clinical information on management of symptoms including pain management, infections, nausea and vomiting, seizures and muscle spasm, as well as a comprehensive prescribing formulary adapted from the Association of Paediatric Palliative Medicine’s master formulary. It has become known as the symptom control ‘industry bible’ for professionals, and is used by children’s palliative care doctors and nurses across the world.

Association of Paediatric Palliative Medicine (APPM) Master Formulary (2012)
A single standardised reference formulary that provides information on indications, routes and standardised doses for paediatric palliative medicine. Written by the Association of Paediatric Palliative Medicine (APPM) that represents doctors working in paediatric palliative care across all care settings in the UK.
