As a healthcare provider you may need help and guidance on caring for your patient, so here we have a variety of important information to help you.
Once your patient is referred to Trinity they are able to access the Clinical Nurse Specialist Team, In Patient Unit, Day Therapy Unit, Linden Centre, Lymphoedema Clinic and Complementary Therapy. You as referrers can then ensure that the patient can access all or some of the services that they are entitled to.
