Trinity Hospice Light up a Life – 2012

The Christmas season is a time to think about those special people who, for whatever reason cannot be with us.

Our Light Up a Life service is an opportunity to reflect and remember these loved ones and at the same time support Trinity Hospice and its family of services.

On Sunday 9th December 2012 at 4.30pm, trees with specially dedicated lights will be illuminated in our Hospice garden following a short service. This includes carols to the accompaniment of the Hospice Choir and the Pilling Silver Jubilee Band.

Online Light up a Life donation coming mid 2012

Our Book of Honour will be on display in the Hospice Chapel after the service for viewing and will also be available to view online at www.trinityhospice.co.uk. The lights will shine throughout the festive season, each one in remembrance of a loved one. If you would like to dedicate a light in recognition of that special person then please complete the form opposite and return to us together with your donation.

You will receive a commemorative card in recognition of your dedication. If a card is not required please indicate this in the box provided. On behalf of all at Trinity we would like to take this opportunity to offer our sincere appreciation for your support and wish you a peaceful Christmas and New Year.

Your Dedicated Star

On receipt of your donation we will send you a special dedication star which you are invited to write the name of your loved one on and return it to us to be placed on our special Light up a Life tree. Alternatively you can choose to hang your star on your own Christmas tree.

This tree will be displayed within our Hospice main reception during our Light up a Life service and throughout the festive season, when you and your family are welcome to visit.
